Since the Embassy of Finland in Islamabad is closed you are required to apply for a residence permit in other country where Finland has an Embassy.
The Embassy of Finland in Abu Dhabi receives residence permit application by appointment only. Due to the work load at the moment the Embassy does not receive any application and does not give new appointments during May 24th – July 31st 2012.
We remind you that you need a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates to apply for a residence permit to Finland.
